SUGGESTED USE:
Add 4 to 6 tablespoons (see size sample inside the bag) of herb mixture in 2 cups of water (you may place the herbs directly in the water or in a large muslin bag). Covered with tight lid. Steep for at least 20 minutes. Strain and drink the tea, you may lightly sweeten with honey, agave, maple syrup or stevia. In order to simplify process you can make up to 3 days of tea at a time. If refrigerated the tea will keep up to 3 days.
